Something that nobody tells you when you decide to be a musician: the amount of applications that you have to fill out.

Colleges, grants, awards, competitions, auditions, summer programs, gainful employment (if you're lucky)... it can all just be way too much! 

Losing It. was composed as a response to the very very serious classical music institutions - you know the ones - who have a fondness for gates and their keepers. May they lose it all.
